Refund & Service Policy

1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods

Due to the digital and instant nature of our software (license keys and digital downloads), all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a license key has been generated, assigned, or bound to your account or hardware ID (HWID), no refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Service Termination & License Revocation

VLONE Systems reserves the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or revoke any license key or user access at any time, without prior notice or compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violation of our community rules, terms of service, or abusive behavior in our Discord server.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, dump, or share the VLONE software loader or client payload.
  • Account sharing, leaking license keys, or attempting to bypass HWID protection limits.
  • Unforeseen game updates, patches, or security changes that render the software permanently inoperable.

3. Game Bans & Risk Disclaimer

Using software modifications in online games carries inherent risks. VLONE Systems is not responsible for any game bans, account suspensions, or inventory wipes incurred on your game accounts. Purchasing access constitutes your explicit agreement that you assume 100% of the risk.
